The key to our success in dispute resolution lies in the early identification and mitigation of various risk factors.  By identifying, and acting to neutralise project risks at the earliest time, Ridgemill’s approach ensures potential and actual disputes are resolved with minimal to no disruption to the project.

Ridgemill’s Principal, Martin Cooper has extensive training and experience in negotiation, mediation and stakeholder management, and regularly provides mediations for the Commercial and Consumer Tribunal.  This invaluable experience adds another dimension to Ridgemill’s project management services, enabling our team to minimise conflict on projects it has managed from inception, and to quickly resolve and progress difficult or problematic projects upon which we are invited to consult.
