Construction of a new neighbourhood centre incorporating supermarket and specialty tenancies.
Delivery of a new Coles Neighbourhood Centre at Ormeau, located between the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
The development includes:
– Supermarket & Specialty Shops – a 3,200m2 Coles, 550m2 expansion zone with 1,700m2 of supporting specialty.
– Car Park – an on-grade carpark that will provide 232 customer spaces and 34 staff car parks.
The shopping facility was built to Coles’ key design guidelines and principles and was procured under a two stage, Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process, which Ridgemill managed on behalf of CGPD.
In addition to overseeing the delivery of the main Coles supermarket, Ridgemill undertook the role of Tenancy Coordinator for the additional specialty.
