Ridgemill were engaged to project manage the delivery of the junior and senior sub-schools along with the administration centre and associated amenities including canteen, eating court, car parking, bus parking, walkways, uniform store and landscaping. Site acquisition and designation together with risk profiling (including the need to address asbestos issues) and subsequent establishment of the method of delivery had to be progressed within tight timeframes to enable delivery before the 2008 school year. Stage 2 ($8m) was delivered for the start of the 2009 school year.

Ridgemill has since been engaged as project managers for Stage 3 of the school.
