Ridgemill was engaged as Owner’s Representative and Project Manager to take over the project that, at the time, was behind schedule and over budget.  An extensive review by our team and subsequent re-scheduling of works enabled the completion of the project four months ahead of time.

Stage 2 of the project incorporated the refurbishment of the nightclub, new installation of a sub-basement laundry and refurbishment of 228 rooms to the Crest Tower.  The furniture, fittings and equipment  was sourced and procured by Ridgemill which was valued at $4 million for the combined works.
