Ridgemill was commissioned to provide project management services including the role of Superintendent for the revitalisation of Mantle Group’s restaurant precinct in Brisbane’s Queen Street Mall.
The 12 week timeframe involved the demolition of the existing restaurant, reconfiguration of the restaurant footprint and the construction and fitout of a new two-level eatery and bar to service the busy pedestrian mall.
Extensive stakeholder liaison was undertaken to ensure on time delivery of the project prior to the city’s lockdown for the G20 Leaders Summit.
Through successful relationship management with Brisbane City Council, main leaseholders and authority services, coordination of the works was undertaken without disruption to ongoing operations.
