MPM Warehouse
Design and construction of a new warehouse facility at Brisbane Airport.
Ridgemill was appointed as Project Manager for the design and construction of a new warehouse facility at Brisbane Airport for MPM Marketing.
The new facility consists of 8,577m2 manufacturing warehouse, with loading docks, 500m2 additional office space, and additional car parking areas around the new and existing facility.
The warehouse amalgamates several existing facilities into one central location offering more effective and commercially viable operational solutions.
In addition to cost and time considerations, Ridgemill identified the key considerations for the project as:
– Minimising disruption to ongoing operations on the site
– Effective employee consultation and engagement to achieve employee buy-in to the project
– Efficient plan for decanting from other sites.
