Complete refurbishment of 304 guest rooms and suites at Rydges South Bank.
The refurbishment was to modernise the existing accommodation to bring it into line with the style and design expected from contemporary world class hotel accommodation. The renovation included:
– Complete replacement of original bathrooms
– Replacement of case goods, entertainment facilities and communication systems to provide state of the art wireless technological innovations
– Cleaning of air conditioning systems
– Refinishing of surfaces including replacement of carpet and repaint/paper
– New furniture and furnishings.
