We have provided leadership and control of new development and refurbishment projects across Queensland for over twenty years. Our success is built upon the specialist knowledge and experience of our team who offer extensive skills and understanding of the project management industry.

Robert Jennings Ridgemill

Robert is responsible for driving Ridgemill’s profitable growth and strategic direction, along with developing key business relationships through his direct involvement in delivery of Ridgemill’s project management services.

Robert’s considerable building and construction industry experience includes over 30 years’ experience delivering high quality new and redevelopment construction and fit out projects.

Prior to Ridgemill, Robert fulfilled the role of State Manager for a national construction management company, responsible for 100 staff and over $150 million annual turnover.

Robert’s clients have included commercial, government and private entities with project exposure covering a variety of industries, including tourism, hospitality, retail, health, residential, aged care, education and mining.

Involved in managerial roles in the building and construction industry since 1996, Tony gained extensive practical experience through his trade qualifications and working with large-scale contractors prior to specialising in Project Management.

Tony combines expert knowledge of the practical aspects of development and refurbishment works with sound management principles.

His strong project management experience and expertise in contract administration, risk management, construction management and quality assurance allows him to take a hands-on approach to project delivery.  He enjoys the strategic aspects of projects and attains great satisfaction in meeting the desired outcomes of clients.

Steve Watkins Ridgemill

Steve has worked with Ridgemill since 1995, taking a specialized interest in safety, live site project management and the sourcing and installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E).

Steve’s background in hospitality management ensures a commitment to customer service, along with a thorough awareness of the importance of minimizing operational disruption.

Offering extensive experience in tourism, hospitality, community, health, residential and education projects, Steve is able to provide great insight into the requirements of various projects, and identify value-adding opportunities.

Robert’s construction industry career commenced in 2004, moving into specialist programming and project management roles in 2006.

Robert has successfully delivered projects across a range of industries including Hotel and Residential developments, Entertainment and Convention Centres, Sport and Recreation Facilities, Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Airport developments and refurbishments.

Robert’s experience and calm considered style, supported by his attention to detail and accuracy, offers a methodological approach to project delivery.

Steve Ingham | Project Manager

Steve has both technical and practical experience in all aspects of project delivery. His career commenced in the role of draftsman, providing planning, design and drafting services for residential projects including electrical layouts, architectural design and foundation/site plans.

He went on to become a Hydraulic and Fire Design Engineer – advising on technical information, designing and documenting projects and undertaking final inspections.

As an experienced client-side Project Manager, Steve has overseen the delivery of numerous projects such as educational facilities, renewable plants, science laboratories and agricultural facilities.

Bradley has gained over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and has worked on projects ranging from $3M – $350M in a variety of sectors: industrial, aged-care, high density and luxury residential, multi-use developments, commercial fitouts, education and health.

His understanding of these sectors, and the specific challenges and opportunities that each one presents, allows him to efficiently progress projects with little to no impact to programme. Bradley operates in a transparent and collaborative fashion which provides confidence and reassurance to our clients that they have full visibility on project governance, financial status, commercial risks and stakeholder responsibilities.

Bradley is experienced in all phases of project delivery including quantity surveying and cost management, project initiation, design management, construction delivery and project close-out.

Diane Seres | Project Manager

Throughout her 30+ year career, Diane has undertaken a variety of roles within the construction industry – builder, consultant, client and project management. This exposure to all elements of project delivery has rewarded Diane with the unique ability to understand complex and potentially challenging situations from the viewpoint of all parties. As a result, she is able to effectively problem solve to achieve a satisfactory outcome for all stakeholders.

Diane’s direct, open and honest approach has contributed to the successful delivery of a number of multi-faceted and demanding projects in a variety of industry sectors: health, education, commercial, residential and utilities. She has both metropolitan and remote experience for private and public clients, including working within Government departments as an in-house consultant advising on planning and design of capital works projects.

Mark King | Project Manager

Mark has over 29 years’ construction industry experience and has delivered over $190M in projects over the past 12 years.

As a Client-side Project Manager/Superintendent, Mark’s experience spans a range of projects including: large scale commercial, retail and industrial developments, commercial office and tenancy fit-outs, residential developments both green field and redevelopment of existing buildings.

He is experienced in both Project Manager and Superintendent roles and has undertaken the full range of project management service provision. His understanding of delivery frameworks, legislation and industry requirements spans a broad range of industries and he is able to effectively work within a variety of sectors.

James Quigley | Cadet Project Manager

As an important member of the Ridgemill project support team, James works closely with our Project Managers to assist with the smooth delivery of a variety of projects.

Through exposure to different industry sectors, James is constantly learning and expanding his knowledge base regarding efficient and effective project delivery.

Providing a full suite of project support services James is involved in the tender evaluation process, site visits and minuting of these, contract administration activities including extension of time requests, claims processing, progress payments and project programming.

Nic Stojanovic | Cadet Project Manager

In his role as Cadet Project Manager, Nic provides support to the Ridgemill team throughout all stages of project delivery including project initialisation, construction administration and defects rectification.

Ridgemill’s broad spectrum of developments has introduced Nic to all aspects of project management and to a range of different industry sectors including: education, retail, residential, hospitality and renewables.

Nic’s role incorporates project planning and scheduling, collaboration and provision of input for tender submissions, contract administration, site inspections, defects management and project close-out.

Amdnda Butler Ridgemill

With five years’ engineering consultancy administration experience, Amanda joined Ridgemill in 2015 to provide administrative support to project management personnel.

Amanda’s attention to detail, high level of organisation and excellent communication skills support Ridgemill’s commitment to proactive project management service delivery.

Amanda offers varied experience across a range of administrative functions with a strong customer service ethos.

Chelsea Wallace | Operations Administrator

Bachelor of Psychological Sciences – Psychology (currently deferred)

Chelsea provides the Ridgemill team of Project Managers with daily support in a variety of contract administration processes to assist them in effectively delivering our clients’ projects.

Her excellent administration skills facilitate the efficient provision of project management services for all project stakeholders – client, contractor, external consultants and end users – and enable the Ridgemill team to work collaboratively and openly throughout the lifecycle of a project and build effective working relationships.

Chelsea’s strong office administration background, familiarity with accounts payable systems and process-driven approach, further enhances her ability to service our clients by providing efficient cost management services and contract administration support.
